Subscription, Cancellation and Refund Policy
Effective date: Pending confirmation
Last updated: 12 September 2026
This Subscription, Cancellation and Refund Policy (the “Policy”) explains how paid access to GTO Fisher works. It applies to subscriptions for the websites, applications and related services available at gtofisher.com and its subdomains (the “Service”).
This Policy forms part of the Terms of Service. It does not limit any right or remedy that applicable consumer law says cannot be excluded or restricted.
1. Operator of the Service and seller at checkout
The Service is operated by:
ASTRA LOGIC TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD.
UEN: 202632763H
36 Robinson Road, #21-01
City House
Singapore 068877
Email: support@gtofisher.com
The legal seller for a purchase is identified before payment and on the receipt. Depending on the checkout channel, the seller may be:
- ASTRA LOGIC TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD.;
- a third-party merchant of record that resells the Subscription and handles payment, tax, invoicing and refunds; or
- an app store or other authorised marketplace.
The seller’s checkout terms and privacy notice may apply to the transaction. These documents continue to govern use of GTO Fisher. If a marketplace’s mandatory cancellation or refund process differs, use that process, and contact us if you need help locating it.
2. Information shown before purchase
Before you place an order, the checkout will state or clearly link to:
- the plan and material features included;
- the total price, currency and applicable taxes, or how taxes are calculated;
- the billing interval and whether the plan renews automatically;
- the date or method for determining the first charge and each renewal charge;
- the duration and price of any trial or introductory offer;
- material usage limits or eligibility conditions;
- how to cancel; and
- the seller or merchant of record.
Please review the order summary and correct errors before paying. Keep the confirmation email or receipt for your records.
3. Contract formation and access
Your order is an offer to purchase the plan shown at checkout. The seller accepts it when payment is accepted and a confirmation or receipt is issued, unless the checkout states a different acceptance point.
Paid access normally starts when the order is accepted or at the later start date shown at checkout. Access may be delayed while a payment, eligibility, sanctions, fraud or security check is completed. If an order cannot be fulfilled, the seller will cancel it and reverse or refund any amount collected.
4. Automatic renewal authorisation
Only a plan clearly presented and expressly accepted as recurring automatically renews under the renewal structure shown at checkout. Non-renewing plans expire without further charge. Where German consumer law applies, an automatically continuing contract becomes indefinite after the initial term and may then be terminated at any time on no more than one month’s notice. Silence never creates a new fixed annual commitment. Any prepaid amount for the period after termination is refunded. The same protection applies where another mandatory law requires it.
By completing a recurring purchase, you expressly authorise the seller and its payment provider to charge the payment method on file for:
- the price and billing frequency shown at checkout;
- applicable taxes; and
- any price change notified and applied in accordance with Section 8.
The renewal date appears in the account or transaction confirmation. A bank-processing date may differ slightly because of time zones, weekends or payment-network processing. We do not use a preselected box as your agreement to automatic renewal.
5. Trials and introductory offers
If a trial or introductory offer is available, the checkout will disclose its length, eligibility, what happens when it ends, the post-offer price and how to cancel before being charged.
Unless the offer states that it ends automatically, a free or discounted trial converts to the paid recurring plan shown at checkout. We or the seller will send a reminder at least 3 days before a free trial converts to a paid plan. You may cancel before the conversion date to avoid the charge.
Trials and introductory prices are normally limited to one per person, household, payment method or other reasonable eligibility unit stated in the offer. Creating additional accounts or using false details to repeat an offer is prohibited. Ending a trial does not delete your account or User Content.
6. Renewal reminders
We or the seller will send:
- a reminder approximately 30 days before an annual Subscription renews, adjusted to the applicable statutory window;
- an annual reminder for every continuing Subscription, including monthly plans;
- a reminder at least 3 days before a free trial converts to paid access; and
- any additional reminder required by the law that applies to the transaction.
Reminders are sent to the current account or billing email. Keep that address accurate and check spam or filtering settings. Failure to receive a courtesy reminder does not by itself invalidate a renewal unless applicable law makes the reminder a condition of renewal.
7. How to cancel
You may cancel at any time by either:
- using subscription settings or our public Cancel Subscription function, including its route for people who cannot sign in; or
- emailing support@gtofisher.com from the account email with the subject “Cancel Subscription” and identifying the plan or transaction.
If a third-party seller or app store controls the Subscription, its cancellation control may be the operative method. We will provide reasonable assistance if you send us the receipt or transaction identifier, but we cannot directly cancel a subscription that the third party does not permit us to administer.
Online cancellation will be at least as easy to locate and complete as online enrolment. We will not require a telephone call, sales conversation or reason for cancellation. We may ask you to authenticate to prevent an unauthorised person from cancelling your account.
For subscriptions that we or our contracted merchant of record administer, a clear cancellation received through our stated channels is recorded when received; processing or synchronisation delay does not permit a later renewal charge. We send a confirmation stating the request and effective date. A separate app-store purchase uses the operative store channel disclosed before that purchase; we provide the direct route and assistance. A mandatory local online cancellation right is not replaced by an email-only or login-only process.
8. Effect of cancellation and plan changes
8.1 Access after cancellation
Cancellation stops future renewal. Unless a refund, charge reversal or mandatory law requires earlier termination, you keep paid access until the end of the current billing period. We do not charge a cancellation fee.
Cancelling renewal does not automatically delete your account or private content. To request deletion, use the Privacy Request Form or email support@gtofisher.com with the subject “Privacy Request.”
8.2 Upgrades and downgrades
The account or checkout will explain the effective date and any credit, proration or immediate charge before an upgrade or downgrade is confirmed. A downgrade normally takes effect at the next renewal. An upgrade may take effect immediately with a disclosed prorated charge.
8.3 Price increases
We will give at least 30 days’ advance notice of a price increase for an existing recurring Subscription. The new price applies no earlier than the first renewal after that notice period. The notice states the new price, effective renewal and how to cancel. If you do not agree, cancel before the new price takes effect. Where affirmative agreement to a change is legally required, we obtain it before charging; silence does not supply that agreement.
A tax change imposed by law may be applied when required, with notice where applicable. We may immediately correct an obvious display error before accepting an order. If a material error affected an accepted order, we will explain it and offer a lawful choice, including cancellation and refund where appropriate.
9. Standard refund promise
Subject to Section 13, our standard refund promise is:
9.1 First paid Subscription purchase
You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days after your first paid Subscription purchase. This applies to your first payment for a new monthly, annual or other paid Subscription, including a first charge after a free trial.
9.2 Automatic renewal
You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days after each automatic-renewal charge.
9.3 How days are counted
The period begins on the calendar day after the charge. A request is in time if sent through the methods in Section 10 before the end of the final calendar day in your location. If local law provides a longer period or more favourable remedy, local law controls.
The standard promise is intended to be simple: ordinary use during the stated period does not reduce the amount of an approved full refund. We may protect the programme against fraud or repeated abuse as described in Section 13, but never at the expense of a non-waivable legal right.
10. How to request a refund
Email support@gtofisher.com with the subject “Refund Request” and include:
- the account email;
- the order, invoice or transaction identifier, if available;
- the charge date and amount;
- whether the request concerns a first purchase, renewal, duplicate charge, defect or another reason; and
- any information reasonably needed to locate the transaction.
Do not email a complete payment-card number, card security code, password or government identifier. We may ask you to verify account control or provide the last four digits of a payment method through a secure process.
If the seller at checkout provides a self-service refund process, you may use it. A request sent to us within the applicable period will not be treated as late merely because we must forward it to the merchant of record, provided you supplied enough information to identify the purchase.
11. Refund method and timing
An approved refund is normally sent to the original payment method and in the original transaction currency. If that is impossible, the seller will offer another lawful method after appropriate verification. We do not issue Service credits instead of money unless you affirmatively choose credits after eligibility for a monetary refund has been confirmed.
We or the seller will initiate an approved refund promptly. The time before funds appear depends on the payment provider, bank, currency and country and may take several business days after initiation. Foreign-exchange movements and fees charged independently by your bank may change the amount shown in your account; we do not retain those differences.
When a full refund ends the paid contract, paid access may end when the refund is approved or processed. Content retained in a free account, if any, remains subject to the Terms and Privacy Policy.
12. Other billing and service remedies
12.1 Duplicate, incorrect or unauthorised charges
Contact us promptly if a charge appears duplicated, incorrect or unauthorised. We will investigate with the seller or payment provider. An unauthorised transaction may also be reported to your bank, but please avoid submitting simultaneous refund and chargeback claims for the same amount without telling us, because duplicate processes can delay reconciliation.
12.2 Defective or unavailable Service
If paid features materially fail to conform to the contract, contact us with the dates, affected feature and reasonable diagnostic information. We will attempt an appropriate remedy, which may include correction, re-performance, extended access, price reduction, cancellation or refund. A prolonged outage affecting a material part of a prepaid plan may qualify for a proportionate refund even outside the voluntary periods.
12.3 Discontinuation
If we permanently discontinue a paid Service before the end of a prepaid period for reasons unrelated to your breach, we will provide a proportionate refund or a reasonably equivalent remedy, subject to mandatory law.
12.4 Failed payments
If a payment fails, the seller may retry it where disclosed, ask for an updated method, restrict paid access or suspend renewal. You may cancel future renewal while a payment issue is being resolved. We do not impose unlawful late fees.
13. Fraud, abuse and policy violations
We may refuse a voluntary refund, after reasonable review, where there is evidence of:
- fraud, a knowingly false claim or manipulation of a transaction;
- repeated creation of accounts to reuse a one-time introductory refund promise;
- a refund and chargeback sought for the same charge without disclosure;
- substantial extraction, copying or resale of protected content followed by a refund request; or
- deliberate prohibited conduct such as real-time assistance, credential sale, automation or an attack on the Service.
We will consider the evidence and explain the principal reason where lawful. This Section does not remove a statutory withdrawal right, remedy for non-conforming digital content or service, unauthorised-payment protection, or any other right that cannot be waived. You may appeal a decision by replying with the subject “Refund Appeal.”
14. EEA and UK consumers
If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, a distance contract may carry a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days, subject to legal conditions and exceptions. Our 14-day first-purchase refund promise is designed to provide at least the same practical full-refund result for the initial Subscription purchase.
You may request immediate access during the withdrawal period. For the current subscription Service, we do not deduct for ordinary use when granting the standard full refund within the first 14 days. Nothing in a checkout consent or acknowledgement reduces a mandatory right unless the applicable law validly allows it and all required conditions have been met.
You may withdraw using any clear statement or the model EEA/UK Withdrawal Form. The form is optional. The seller shown at checkout remains responsible for any statutory seller obligations, and we will help route a timely notice sent to us.
Where European Union law requires an online withdrawal function for a contract concluded through our interface, we or the seller will provide a continuously available, clearly labelled “Withdraw from contract” function through the website or application. It will allow you to identify the contract, confirm the withdrawal and receive an acknowledgement on a durable medium without having to contact support or give a reason. This function is separate from the ordinary control that stops future automatic renewal.
Mandatory rights concerning conformity, updates, repair, re-performance, price reduction, termination and refunds remain unaffected.
15. Taxes, records and receipts
The seller issues the transaction confirmation or invoice and handles taxes as stated at checkout. You are responsible for providing accurate billing and tax-location information. We and the seller may retain transaction, tax, refund and dispute records for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention and claims purposes after a Subscription ends, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
16. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy for legal, product or payment changes. We will not retroactively shorten an already-open refund request period or remove an accrued right. A material change affecting an existing recurring Subscription will be notified reasonably in advance and, where required, will apply from a later renewal.

20. Regional renewal and cancellation safeguards
These safeguards apply when the relevant consumer law governs the contract and prevail over an inconsistent general renewal term. They do not reduce a more favourable commercial promise above.
France. For covered fixed-term contracts with tacit renewal, we send a dedicated written notice between three months and one month before the deadline for declining renewal, prominently identifying that deadline. Where a legally required notice was omitted, you may terminate without charge after renewal and receive the legally required refund of advances for the unperformed period, within 30 days of termination. An accessible online termination function is provided where required.
California. We retain the required affirmative renewal consent and send annual reminders. A qualifying free trial or promotional period lasting more than 31 days receives the required notice 3–21 days before expiry. A covered fee change receives notice 7–30 days before it takes effect; to honour our 30-day commercial promise we schedule that notice at 30 days and defer the increase if necessary. Online enrolment has an online cancellation route without obstructive steps.
EEA and United Kingdom. Stopping renewal, withdrawing from a qualifying distance contract and claiming a remedy for defective service are distinct rights. Where required, the withdrawal page includes an accessible online declaration and confirmation function available throughout the applicable period and sends a durable acknowledgement without undue delay. A printable form or email address alone does not replace that function. Our continuing SaaS subscription does not use access to the Service as a blanket waiver of statutory withdrawal.
