Terms of Service
Effective date: Pending confirmation
Last updated: 12 September 2026
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you and ASTRA LOGIC TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD., a Singapore private company limited by shares with UEN 202632763H and registered office at 36 Robinson Road, #21-01, City House, Singapore 068877 (“GTO Fisher,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms govern your access to and use of GTO Fisher websites, applications, software, content, communications and related services available at gtofisher.com and its subdomains (together, the “Service”).
Please read these Terms before registering or purchasing. You enter into this agreement when you affirmatively accept the Terms in the registration or purchase interface. The interface lets you review and save them before acceptance. Merely visiting a public information page does not constitute agreement to recurring payment or optional data use. If you do not accept, do not create an account or purchase the Service.
1. Documents that form the agreement
The following policies are incorporated into these Terms and form part of your agreement with us:
- Subscription, Cancellation and Refund Policy;
- Acceptable Use and Fair Play Policy;
- AI Features and User Content Policy;
- No-Gambling and Responsible Play Notice; and
- Copyright and Intellectual Property Complaints Policy.
If there is a conflict, the more specific policy controls for its subject matter. Mandatory consumer law always prevails to the extent it cannot lawfully be excluded. The Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain data processing; accepting these Terms is not consent to optional cookies, marketing or AI training.
2. Who may use the Service
2.1 Minimum age
You must be at least 18 years old and at least the legal age of majority where you live, whichever is higher. The Service is not intended for children. You may not create an account for, permit access by, or submit personal data about anyone who does not meet this requirement.
2.2 Capacity and authority
You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract. If you use the Service for an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation, and “you” includes that organisation. Consumer provisions in these Terms apply only to individuals acting mainly outside their trade, business, craft or profession.
2.3 Location and local law
You may use the Service only where it is lawful. The Service is available to eligible adults, including adults in Mainland China, subject to applicable law and any specific restriction disclosed for a country, feature or payment method. We do not provide the Service to persons or territories where doing so is prohibited by applicable sanctions. You must not use a virtual private network, false address or other method to evade a location restriction.
Poker, poker-study software and online poker rules vary by jurisdiction and operator. You are responsible for complying with the law and with the rules of every poker room, platform, tournament or other service you use. Our availability in a location is not legal advice or a representation that online poker is lawful there.
3. What GTO Fisher is—and is not
3.1 Educational study and analytics software
GTO Fisher is an off-table education, analysis and training workspace for poker theory and game-theory-optimal (“GTO”) strategy. Depending on your plan and product availability, the Service may include:
- pre-computed solver trees, ranges, strategy matrices, action frequencies, combinations, EV, EQ, EQR and related data;
- a solver browser and tools for reviewing completed scenarios;
- Fisher, an AI-assisted study interface that retrieves solver nodes and explains strategy;
- questions, drills, assessments and training sessions;
- practice history, scores, weak-area analysis, learning plans, recommendations and progress profiles;
- general player-pool statistics, archetypes and educational content; and
- account, subscription and support features.
3.2 Not gambling
The Service is not a gambling service, casino, poker room, betting exchange or money-transmission service. We do not host real-money games, accept wagers, hold player funds, process poker deposits or withdrawals, issue prizes or redeemable chips, charge rake, arrange staking, or refer users to poker operators for compensation. No money can be won or lost through the Service itself.
3.3 No real-time assistance
The Service is for studying hands and situations that have already ended. It must not be used during an active hand, session, match or tournament, or as real-time assistance (“RTA”). It does not provide or permit screen reading, OCR, live-client overlays, HUD or tracker integration, poker-client APIs, automated hand import, browser extensions or in-game recommendations. The full rules are in the Acceptable Use and Fair Play Policy.
4. Accounts, invitations and access
4.1 Registration and invitations
Access may be limited, invite-only or subject to a waiting list. We may accept, decline, pause or revoke beta access at our discretion, subject to applicable law and any paid rights you have. An invitation is personal and may not be sold, transferred or shared.
4.2 Accurate information
You must provide accurate, current and complete information and keep it updated. You must not impersonate another person, create accounts using disposable or unauthorised email addresses, or conceal information needed for eligibility, billing, tax or security checks.
4.3 Account security
You must keep passwords, authentication links and codes confidential; use reasonable security practices; and promptly review and revoke sessions you do not recognise. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable security. Notify us without delay at support@gtofisher.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
4.4 Personal use and account sharing
Unless your plan expressly allows multiple authorised users, one account is for one person. You may not share, rent, sell, sublicense or transfer your account or credentials. Concurrent or abnormal access may be limited while we investigate account sharing, automation or compromise.
5. Beta and evolving features
Some features may be labelled alpha, beta, preview, test or experimental. They may be incomplete, contain errors, change materially or be withdrawn. Do not rely on beta features to preserve your only copy of any information. We will not use a beta label to remove rights that consumer law makes mandatory.
We may improve, add, remove or modify features. If a change materially reduces the core functionality of a paid plan during its current term, we will provide reasonable notice and, where required by law, a remedy such as continued access, a price reduction, cancellation or a proportionate refund.
6. Subscriptions, prices and payment
6.1 Plans
Paid access is provided through monthly, annual or other plans (each a “Subscription”). The checkout page states the plan, included features, price, currency, billing interval, taxes, trial or promotion, renewal date and any usage limits before you agree to pay.
6.2 Seller and payment provider
The seller or merchant of record for a transaction is identified at checkout and on the receipt. It may be:
- ASTRA LOGIC TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD.;
- a third-party merchant of record that resells the Subscription and handles payment, tax, invoicing and refunds; or
- an app store or other authorised marketplace.
The transaction terms and privacy notice of that seller or marketplace may also apply to payment processing. These Terms continue to govern use of the Service. We do not receive or store complete payment-card numbers when a payment provider collects them directly.
6.3 Taxes, foreign exchange and bank charges
Prices include or exclude taxes as stated at checkout. Applicable GST, VAT, sales tax or similar charges may be added based on the information available to the seller. Your bank or payment provider may charge foreign-exchange or other fees that we do not control.
6.4 Automatic renewal
Only a plan clearly presented as recurring automatically renews, under the renewal structure, price and frequency expressly accepted at checkout. Non-renewing plans expire without a further charge. Where German consumer law applies, an automatically continuing contract becomes indefinite after its initial term and may then be ended at any time on no more than one month’s notice; no new fixed annual commitment is imposed by silence. Any prepaid amount for the period after termination is refunded. This also applies wherever mandatory law requires equivalent treatment.
6.5 Renewal and trial reminders
We or the seller will send:
- an annual-plan renewal reminder approximately 30 days before renewal, adjusted to the legally required window;
- an annual reminder for continuing subscriptions, including monthly plans;
- a reminder at least 3 days before a free or discounted trial converts to the ordinary paid plan, within any applicable maximum notice window; and
- notice of a material price increase at least 30 days before it takes effect.
Reminders are sent to the current account or billing email. You remain responsible for keeping that address current and for cancelling before the renewal date if you do not want the next period. A failed or filtered email will never be used to override a right that applicable law makes conditional on a valid reminder.
6.6 Price and plan changes
We may change prices or plan features. A price increase applies no earlier than the next renewal after the notice period, unless you affirmatively agree to an earlier change. If you do not accept, you may cancel before the new price takes effect. Where law or the seller’s rules require express agreement to a fee change, we will obtain that agreement before charging; silence is not treated as the required agreement. We may immediately correct obvious pricing errors before accepting an order and will offer cancellation if an accepted order was based on a material error.
6.7 Failed payments
If payment fails, we or the seller may retry the payment, request an updated method, limit paid features or suspend the Subscription. We will not charge unlawful late fees. You remain responsible for valid amounts accrued before cancellation or suspension.
7. Cancellation, refunds and withdrawal rights
7.1 Cancellation
You may cancel at any time through subscription settings, the public Cancel Subscription function, or by emailing support@gtofisher.com. The public function offers a route for people who cannot sign in. Online cancellation will be at least as easy to find and complete as online enrolment. Cancellation stops future renewal; unless a refund or law requires otherwise, paid access continues until the end of the current billing period.
7.2 Refund promise
Our standard policy includes:
- a full refund if requested within 14 calendar days after your first paid Subscription purchase; and
- a full refund if requested within 7 calendar days after an automatic renewal.
The detailed conditions, statutory rights, duplicate-charge rules, outage remedies and instructions are in the Subscription, Cancellation and Refund Policy. We may refuse a voluntary refund in cases of fraud, chargeback abuse or repeated use of the same introductory refund offer, but we will never restrict a non-waivable legal right.
7.3 EEA and UK consumers
An EEA or UK consumer generally has 14 days from conclusion of an eligible distance contract to withdraw without a reason. The statutory period may start differently or be extended when required information is missing. The commercial promise in Section 7.2 is additional and does not replace statutory rights. For this continuing SaaS subscription we do not treat a login, an AI response or an immediate-access request as a blanket waiver of withdrawal. Full instructions, the optional model form and the Withdraw from contract here function are available on the withdrawal page. The function remains available throughout an applicable withdrawal period and sends a receipt with your declaration and its submission date and time. Withdrawal and stopping future renewal are separate actions.
8. Licence to use the Service
Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable right to access and use the Service during the applicable access period for lawful, off-table study.
This is a licence, not a sale. It does not transfer ownership of the Service, solver data, models, datasets, content, software or intellectual property. Commercial coaching, team, affiliate, publication, research or enterprise use requires a plan or written permission that expressly permits it.
9. Our content and intellectual property
The Service and its contents—including software, interface design, solver trees, solution files, ranges, matrices, frequencies, EV/equity data, explanations, prompts, training questions, scoring systems, profiles, graphics, databases, compilations, trademarks and branding—are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property, database, confidentiality and unfair-competition laws.
Except for the limited licence in Section 8, you may not reproduce, download in bulk, distribute, publicly display, publish, sell, sublicense, create a competing database or derivative commercial product from, or remove rights notices from our content. Ordinary browser caching, a reasonable number of personal study notes and screenshots for private study are allowed unless a feature-specific notice says otherwise. Publishing or sharing substantial solver outputs, answer banks or paid content is not allowed.
“GTO Fisher,” our logos and product appearance are our marks. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners. Reference to a poker room, tournament, solver or other company is descriptive and does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
10. User Content
10.1 Meaning
“User Content” means information you submit to the Service, including AI messages, attachments, hand descriptions or histories, notes, feedback, saved configurations, support communications and profile information. Practice answers and system-generated performance metrics are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
10.2 Your ownership
As between you and us, you retain your rights in User Content. You are responsible for it and for having all permissions needed to submit and process it.
10.3 Limited operational licence
You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, copy, transmit, transform, analyse and display User Content only as reasonably necessary to:
- provide the requested features to you;
- retrieve solver nodes, generate explanations, score practice and produce your profile or recommendations;
- store, back up, secure, moderate, troubleshoot and support the Service;
- prevent fraud, abuse and prohibited RTA;
- comply with law and enforce these Terms; and
- use data for product improvement where Section 10.5 permits it.
The licence ends when the relevant content is deleted from active systems, except for limited backup retention, de-identified data and records we must keep by law or for legal claims.
10.4 Your promises about User Content
You represent that User Content:
- concerns completed hands or off-table study and is not submitted for assistance during active play;
- does not include content you are prohibited from sharing under a poker operator’s rules;
- does not infringe privacy, publicity, copyright, confidentiality, contractual or other rights;
- has been reasonably minimised and, where practical, removes or pseudonymises other players’ real names, usernames and identifiers; and
- does not contain malware, unlawful material, payment-card details, government identifiers, health information or other highly sensitive data that the feature does not require.
10.5 Optional product-improvement use
We do not use the content of private AI conversations, attachments, completed-hand inputs or private notes to train general-purpose AI models, build commercial training datasets, publish examples or improve systems for other users unless you make a separate, informed and affirmative choice to participate.
If you opt in, the interface will describe the data, purpose, retention, recipients and how to withdraw. Withdrawal does not affect lawful processing before withdrawal. We stop future optional use and address identifiable data already held, including data in evaluation or training workflows, through deletion, restriction or other measures required by applicable law. We do not reject a valid right solely because data was incorporated into a model. Truly irreversible anonymisation may make data no longer personal; a label of de-identification alone is insufficient. Service-essential processing is separate from this optional choice.
We may use aggregated or genuinely de-identified statistics that are not reasonably linkable to you to understand performance and improve the Service.
10.6 Feedback
If you voluntarily provide ideas or suggestions, you allow us to use them without restriction or payment, provided we do not identify you publicly without permission. This feedback licence does not transfer ownership of your private User Content.
11. AI features and personalised training
11.1 AI disclosure
Fisher and any feature labelled “AI” are automated systems. You are interacting with AI, not a human coach. We may use third-party AI model providers acting under contract to process the minimum information needed for a response.
11.2 Limitations
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, outdated or unsuitable for a particular hand. Solver retrieval can map a question to the wrong node. You must verify important information against the displayed node and use your own judgment. Output is educational information, not legal, financial, gambling, tax or other professional advice and not a promise of results.
11.3 Profiles and recommendations
The Service may automatically analyse practice answers, accuracy, frequency, timing and other study activity to calculate scores, identify weak areas and recommend training. These are educational recommendations only. They do not determine access to employment, credit, insurance, housing, education, public benefits or any similarly significant opportunity, and they do not produce legal or similarly significant effects.
11.4 AI output rights
Subject to these Terms, you may use the text of AI output for your personal study. AI output may not be unique and may be similar to output provided to others. No ownership, exclusivity or copyright protection is promised. Underlying solver data, Service content and third-party material remain protected and may not be extracted or commercialised.
Further details are in the AI Features and User Content Policy.
12. Acceptable use and fair play
You must comply with the Acceptable Use and Fair Play Policy. Among other things, you must not:
- use the Service or output during active play or as RTA;
- connect it to a poker client, screen, API, hand feed, tracker, HUD, bot, overlay or automation;
- cheat, collude, multi-account or evade operator rules;
- scrape, crawl, reverse engineer, extract data or use output to train a competing model or product;
- bypass usage, access, subscription, security or location controls;
- upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, malicious or unauthorised content;
- interfere with the Service or another user; or
- use the Service in violation of law, sanctions or third-party rights.
13. Monitoring and enforcement
We may use proportionate security and abuse-prevention measures, including rate limits, authentication checks and review of unusual access patterns. We do not promise to detect every violation.
If we reasonably believe your account is compromised or violates these Terms, we may warn you, limit a feature, remove content, revoke sessions, suspend or terminate access, preserve relevant records and, where lawful and necessary, report conduct to affected providers or authorities. We will consider severity, repetition, risk, evidence and whether an immediate response is needed.
Except for urgent security, fraud, legal or integrity risks, we will normally provide a reason and a reasonable opportunity to appeal by emailing support@gtofisher.com. A suspension does not remove any refund or consumer remedy required by law. Deliberate RTA, automation, credential sale, attacks or chargeback fraud may result in immediate termination without a voluntary refund.
14. Third-party services and links
The Service may depend on hosting, security, authentication, storage, email, AI, analytics, payment and marketplace providers. Some features may link to third-party websites. Third parties are responsible for their own services and terms. We are not liable for an independent third-party service, but we remain responsible where law or our contract with you makes us responsible for a provider we use to perform the Service.
We do not control poker-room rules. You must review them before using any study tool. No link or technical compatibility means that a poker operator permits use during play.
15. Service availability, maintenance and support
We aim to provide a reliable Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, incidents, network failures, third-party outages, security events or force-majeure events may interrupt access. Where practicable, we will provide notice of planned material downtime.
Support is available at support@gtofisher.com. Response times are targets, not guarantees, unless your plan has a written service-level agreement.
16. Suspension, termination and account closure
16.1 By you
You may stop using the Service at any time, cancel renewal under Section 7 and request account closure. Cancellation of renewal alone does not necessarily delete the account or User Content. You may request deletion separately under the Privacy Policy.
16.2 By us
We may suspend or terminate the Service or your account for a material or repeated breach, non-payment, fraud, security risk, prohibited RTA, legal requirement, provider restriction, discontinuation or other reason permitted by law. Where the issue can reasonably be cured, we will normally give notice and an opportunity to cure.
16.3 Discontinuation
If we permanently discontinue a paid Service before the end of a prepaid period for reasons unrelated to your breach, we will provide a proportionate refund or a reasonably equivalent remedy.
16.4 Effect
On termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including intellectual property, payment obligations accrued before termination, disclaimers, liability, disputes and records required by law—continue. Data handling after termination is described in the Privacy Policy.
17. Copyright and complaints
We respect intellectual-property rights. If you believe content made available through the Service infringes your rights, follow the Copyright and Intellectual Property Complaints Policy. We may remove or restrict disputed material while reviewing a good-faith notice and may terminate repeat infringers where appropriate.
18. Privacy and communications
The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and retain personal data and how to exercise privacy rights. The Cookie Policy explains cookies and similar technologies.
We may send service communications needed for your account, security, transactions, policy changes and operation of the Service. These are not marketing messages. Marketing is optional and can be unsubscribed from at any time, without affecting service communications.
19. Educational disclaimer and no guarantee of results
Poker combines skill, incomplete information, opponent behaviour and chance. Historical or simulated expected value does not guarantee future results. We do not promise that use of the Service will improve your win rate, prevent losses or produce profit. You are solely responsible for decisions outside the Service, including whether, where and how you play poker.
20. Statutory consumer guarantees
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies a guarantee, warranty, right or remedy that applicable consumer law says cannot be excluded. Depending on where you live, digital services must be supplied with reasonable care and skill, conform to the contract, remain fit for disclosed purposes or provide specific remedies when defective.
If a mandatory guarantee applies and the Service does not conform, contact support@gtofisher.com. We will provide the remedy required by law, which may include correction, re-performance, price reduction, cancellation or refund.
21. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to Section 20, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement where they may lawfully be disclaimed.
We do not warrant that:
- the Service will always be available, secure or error-free;
- every solver node, dataset, calculation, profile, recommendation or AI output is complete or accurate;
- the Service is permitted by every poker operator or lawful in every place;
- data loss will never occur; or
- the Service will produce a particular learning, poker or financial result.
22. Limitation of liability
22.1 Liabilities not limited
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, breach of a non-excludable consumer guarantee, or any other liability that law does not allow us to limit.
22.2 Excluded losses
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential loss, or loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill or data, arising from the Service. This exclusion does not apply where such loss must be compensated under mandatory consumer law or was reasonably foreseeable as a direct result of a breach in a jurisdiction that does not permit the exclusion.
22.3 Liability cap
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service during any 12-month period is limited to the greater of:
- the amount you paid for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability; or
- US$100.
This cap does not apply to the liabilities listed in Section 22.1. Sections 22.2 and 22.3 apply to business users only. For consumers, we remain responsible under applicable law for reasonably foreseeable loss caused by our breach or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We do not limit liability for gross negligence, or essential contractual duties where such a limit would be unfair or unlawful.
22.4 Your responsibility for gambling activity
Because we do not provide gambling, we are not responsible for stakes, losses, winnings, account actions or decisions on a poker platform, even if you studied related strategy using the Service. This does not excuse us from liability for our own breach where the law says otherwise.
23. Indemnity for business and unlawful use
If you use the Service for a business or professional purpose, you will indemnify us and our personnel against third-party claims, damages and reasonable legal costs caused by your unlawful User Content, infringement of third-party rights, prohibited RTA, automation, resale or material breach of these Terms.
This Section does not apply to a consumer to the extent it would be unfair or prohibited by consumer law, and it does not require you to indemnify us for our own negligence, misconduct or breach.
24. Governing law, complaints and disputes
24.1 Informal resolution
You may contact support@gtofisher.com with the account email, relevant transaction or event, the outcome requested and supporting information. We will try in good faith to resolve the issue promptly. Contacting us first is optional and is not a condition of using a court, regulator, chargeback right or legally available dispute process.
24.2 Governing law
These Terms are governed by Singapore law. If you are a consumer habitually resident elsewhere, this choice does not deprive you of protections under mandatory laws of your habitual residence that would apply without this choice.
24.3 Courts and mandatory consumer forums
Subject to mandatory consumer rights, the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this clause does not deprive you of mandatory protections or a right to bring proceedings in your home courts where applicable law gives you that right.
Nothing prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief for security, confidentiality or intellectual-property misuse in a court with jurisdiction.
25. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms for new features, legal or regulatory changes, security, clarity or business changes. The current version will show its last-updated date.
For a material change that adversely affects an existing paid Subscription, we will provide reasonable advance notice by email, in-product notice or both. Unless immediate change is required by law or to address urgent harm, the material change will apply from your next renewal or after the stated notice period. If you do not agree, you may cancel before it takes effect.
Changes do not retroactively remove accrued rights or resolve an existing dispute in our favour.
26. General provisions
- Entire agreement. These Terms and incorporated policies are the entire agreement about the consumer Service, unless a separate written agreement expressly overrides them.
- Order of precedence. A signed enterprise order form or marketplace term controls only to the extent it expressly conflicts with these Terms for that transaction.
- Assignment. You may not assign your account or agreement without our written consent. We may assign the agreement in connection with a reorganisation, financing, merger or sale, provided the assignee assumes our obligations and your mandatory rights are not reduced.
- No waiver. A failure or delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver.
- Severability. If a provision is unlawful or unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum necessary and the rest will continue.
- No partnership. These Terms do not create employment, agency, partnership, fiduciary or joint-venture relationships.
- Force majeure. Neither party is liable for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, except payment obligations already due and rights that cannot be excluded.
- Headings. Headings are for convenience and do not affect interpretation.
- Electronic records. You agree that notices, consents, receipts and agreements may be provided electronically and retained in a form you can save or print.
- Language. The English version controls. A translation is provided for convenience, subject to any mandatory local-language rule and non-waivable consumer right. If we market or contract in a local language, required information and enforceable consumer terms will be available in that language; we will not rely on the English preference to defeat a protection conveyed to a consumer.
